Forrest is a highly respected real Estate professional with over 17 years’ experience specializing in Commercial and Industrial real estate. A native to Casper, he is exceptionally in tune with the city and surrounding areas that help cultivate his client's valued trust in his expertise.
Forrest received his Associate of Science degree at Casper College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Zoology from the University of Wyoming in Laramie. Following graduation Forrest relocated to California and established Turbo Cleaning Systems in San Diego, specializing in medical bio hazard waste and decontamination. During this time he secured contracts in the Greater San Diego area with the Radiology Medical Group, Mercy Hospital, and Surgical Centers of San Diego. His business operated with 120 employees before it was sold in 1993 to Jani-King, a nationwide cleaning service.
When he returned to Casper in 1994 Forrest successfully launched Java Jitters Espresso in the Eastridge Mall. Today, Java Jitters Espresso can be found at the Hilltop Shopping Center. Java Jitters Espresso was the first espresso shop in Casper and is currently in its 25th year of business.
Forrest has a diverse background including acquisitions, dispositions, sales and the leasing of commercial Real Estate - specializing in industrial properties. He is an effective front-runner in real estate - presently overseeing 800,000 square feet of combined retail and industrial properties listed in the Casper area. While President of the Casper Petroleum Club, he was responsible for the disbursement, dissolution, and disposition of assets.
Forrest is currently the Responsible Broker with Cornerstone Real Estate in Casper, Wyoming.
