Bob Gottsch

Bob Gottsch is a Certified Public Accountant and the Director of Accounting and Controller behind the team's commercial real estate operations, handling the accounting for more than 1.3 million square feet of property across Wyoming, California, Arizona, Nevada, Minnesota, and Ohio.

He brings more than a decade of direct property-management experience — including roles with General Growth Properties and Standard Parking Corporation — alongside ten years in the banking industry's accounting and audit fields, with tenure at First State Bank of Newcastle, Wyoming, and Virchow, Krause & Company, CPAs. From tenant invoicing and reimbursements to budgets, re-forecasting, and monthly ownership reporting, Bob keeps the financial side precise and ownership informed.

A graduate of Black Hills State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Bob holds a CPA license in the State of Wyoming and is a member of the Wyoming Society of CPAs.
