John Kornkven
Associate Broker
John Kornkven has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 30 years, representing homeowners, ranchers, business owners, and investors in complex contract negotiations and the marketing of multi-million-dollar properties. Born and raised in Wyoming, John holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Economics and Political Science from the University of Idaho and has completed the Accredited Land Consultant coursework — credentials that have made him the land specialist buyers and sellers seek out.
For the past several years he has been actively developing parcels on Casper Mountain and in Converse County, expanding residential and recreational opportunities in the region.
John joined CBC Cornerstone in 2025 and remains deeply engaged in the industry and community: he serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for the Wyoming Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, is a member of the Rotary Club of Casper, and is a past president of both the Casper Board of Realtors and the Wyoming Multiple Listing Service.
