Matthew Hawley grew up around real estate — his earliest memories are of his dad immersed in the business — and that foundation shaped his own career in the industry. Licensed since 2019 and a Casper native, Matthew oversees commercial leases and strip centers for CBC Cornerstone, handling everything from showings and lease-up to maintenance coordination and day-to-day tenant relations.

What sets Matthew apart is how well he listens: every client and every tenant comes with their own goals, and he takes the time to truly understand them before acting. He's a skilled negotiator who works to make sure every transaction ends with all parties satisfied.
